OpenBSD: Like clockwork: OpenBSD 3.9 has been released

Right on schedule, the OpenBSD project, despite major financial difficulties, has managed to release version 3.9 of this excellent operating system. The OpenBSD project releases their new versions on a 6-month release cycle, on the 1st of May and November every year.
