Excellent Hosting: Learning how to wade through AdSpeak(tm)

Chances are, one time or another you’ve had the fortunate experience of trolling through the incredible number of hosting providers all over the internet, all of them vying for your attention with a plethora of AdSpeak targetted not at your particular level of technical understanding, but more towards your lack of it. I’ve had enough of the bullshit that so-called “commentators,” “pundits,” “bloggers,” “podcasters,” “broadcasters,” and other vermin of the “opinion-making” variety like to throw around in the hope of gaining currency, or, if the stupid shit is already in circulation, getting even more dumbasses to parrot the garbage, thinking that these are “cool,” “acceptable,” or, horrors, “correct.”

An excerpt:
“Here’s a sample of the “seriously heavy lyrics” in Vertigo:

Nothing can be farther from the truth, and this whole blog is proof. Tonight, browsing through Amazon’s stash, I found another good reason to stay away from UNIX®’s annoying little brother.

Quirky… flippant… oh-so-cute… Aia-ishly wasting.
Irritatingly perky, flamboyantly annoying, colloquialism wed to raw wit.
Bahala ka. May utak ka. Gamitin mo kahit minsan.
